A few people occasionally have problems using their credit card at checkout so we have started this page to provide you with some helpful information.
If you are having issues with PayPal, please take a screen shot of the screen you are on and paste it into an email to Cliff Ruemmler, along with a description of the problem that you are having.
To get a screen shot:
1. Press and hold the “Ctrl” key and then press the “print screen” button on your keyboard.
2. Click on the name “Cliff Ruemmler" above to open a new email.
3. Paste the screen shot into the email, write out a short description of the problem and email it to him.

| One issue people have is that they try to login to Paypal (using the login screen on the right side of the page) when they are trying to use their credit card.
If you want to use your credit card, click on the "Continue" button on the left side of the screen (see image at left) and the next screen you see will let you enter your billing and credit card information.
