Calling all 5th & 6th Graders…The Highcrest Variety Show is looking for acts! Get a group act together, or on your own, and be in the show!
Skits, Songs, Dances, Mimes, Comedians, Bands, Musical Recitals, Gymnasts, Jugglers, Magicians & Other Entertaining Acts…Solos and Groups… All are welcomed!
One act (2 minutes or less) per person.

The Highcrest Variety Show Sign-up will be on-line at the the Highcrest PTO webpage during the first week of December. Someone will be in the cafeteria during the week to answer any questions. If you don’t want to perform, there are opportunities for tech crew members, too.
Completed registration forms will be due on Friday December 11th, along with payment of the registration fee, T-Shirt order and DVD order. Previews start January 11th.
Parents of performers & crew members are expected to volunteer for at least 3 hours.

Sign-up On-line December 7 -11
Previews You’ll sign-up for one 7 minute slot after school on one of these dates: January 11th, 12th or 13th, (M,Tu,W)
1st Rehearsal You’ll sign-up for one 10 minute slot after school on one of these dates: January 25th, 26th or 27th (M,Tu,W)
2nd Rehearsal You’ll sign-up for one 10 minute slot after school on one of these dates: February 8th, 9th or 10th (M,Tu,W)
Crew Training Monday, February 22rd from after school to 7:00 p.m.
Dress Rehearsals You’ll be assigned one of these dates: February 23th or 24th , from after school to 7:00 p.m.
Final Rehearsal Thursday, February 25th from after school to 7:00 p.m.
Performances Friday, February 26th from after school to 10:00 p.m.
Previews, 1st & 2nd Rehearsals at Highcrest Auditorium
Dress Rehearsals, Final Rehearsal at Wilmette Jr. High 3:50 - 7:00 p.m.,
Show at Wilmette Jr. High 3:50-10:00pm
