Cast / Performer Registration Form

Performers Time Commitments:

1st Rehearsal 
Sign-up online Click Here by  for one 5 minute slot after school on one of these dates: January 23th, 24th, or 25th  (M,Tu,W)

2nd Rehearsal 
Sign-up online Click Here  for one 5 minute slot after school on one of these dates: February 13th,  14th, or   15th (M,Tu,W)

Dress/Technical Rehearsals  
No need to sign-up online, you'll be assigned one of these dates: February 28th or 29th, from after school to 7:00 p.m.

Final Dress/Technical Rehearsal  
All cast members must attend on Thursday, March 1 from after school to 7:00 p.m.

2 Performances  
Friday, March 2  two shows from after school to 10:00 p.m.

Performer and Cast Code of Conduct

I understand that the Variety Show is a Highcrest School Program and I must follow the School's Code of Conduct at all times: showing respect, tolerance, behave appropriately and act as a responsible learner. All rehearsals, performances and related activities must be conducted in a safe manner with appropriate language and behavior. Infractions may be dealt with according to the school's Guidelines for Discipline. I will listen to all the adult volunteers. I will clean up after myself and leave everything as clean as I found it!


Parental Agreement

I understand my child is signed up to participate in the 2011 Highcrest Variety Show. I will monitor to ensure that his/her act is appropriate for peers and audience. I ensure that he/she will attend all required rehearsals on time and be picked up on time. I will volunteer for at least one three-hour time slot (or at least three hours). I understand all communication will be by email (if not available by email, by phone.)


Upon completion of the registration form the Group Manager (contact parent for the group/act) must sign up the Group/Act for Previews and 1st and 2nd Dress Rehearsals
