Crew Code of Conduct I understand that the Variety Show is a Highcrest School Program and I must follow the School's Code of Conduct at all times: showing respect, tolerance, behaves appropriately and act as a responsible learner. All rehearsals, performances and related activities must be conducted in a safe manner with appropriate language and behavior. Infractions may be dealt with according to the school's Guidelines for Discipline. I will listen to all the adult volunteers. I will clean up after myself and leave everything as clean as I found it!
|
Parental Agreement I understand my child is signed up to participate in the 2012 Highcrest Variety Show. I will ensure that she/he will attend all required rehearsals on time and be picked up on time. I will volunteer for at least one three-hour time slot (or at least three hours). I understand all communication will be by email (if not available by email, by phone.)
