Please note the 2018 Highcrest Middle School PTO Bylaws have been updated. In accordance with our charter the revised bylaws were voted on and approved at the general PTO board meeting, Wednesday, February 10 at 7pm, at the Wilmette Junior High School. Refer to Article VII 1.b for revision.
