Highcrest Middle School PTO: Cash Box Request

Instructions:

Please fill out completely to request starting cash for your cash box at an in-person event.
Submit form at least 7 days prior to the date the cash box is needed.
A receipt of your submitted request will be e-mailed to you. Please print a copy to sign off when you receive the cash box.
The treasurer will contact you to let you know when it is ready and make arrangements for pick up.
