EVENT INFORMATION

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Students may only arrive and be dismissed by walking or by car. **NO BIKES. (Bike racks will not be available).

Drop-off and Pickup line are different for 5th and 6th graders:

Fifth grade students will arrive in the south parking lot/bus lot next to the playground, and will wait on the playground for the doors to open and enter though Door I. Pick up will be from the same area. (See map below)

Sixth grade students will arrive at the main office doors to the school, and will wait under the awning and on the sidewalks before entering through door O. Pickup will be from the main office doors. (See map below)

No other entry points will be permitted.

There will be check in tables for students to show their wristbands/check in and purchase tickets. All students must have wristbands to gain entry into the building.

Once the students enter the party area, students will not be allowed to leave the school premises without a guardian until the end of the party.

IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT YOU ARE THERE AT 6:30 TO PICK UP YOUR CHILD.

PARKING

Street parking is recommended.

The main parking lot will be blocked off for the event and will be inaccessible for parking. There will be limited spots available for parking at the school.

ATTIRE

We encourage (weather appropriate) beach themed attire for both students and volunteers. For students, please make sure that they have attire suitable for dancing and activity in inflatables. No bathing suits please!

FOOD AND DRINK

No food will be served at the event besides Kona Ice. We will have water stations for students available.

SAFETY

During the event it is expected that all students stay in the party area, and they stay for the entire event. Students found outside of the party area, acting dangerously or causing a disruption to the event will be required to call home and be picked up immediately. This is necessary to ensure everyone’s safety and positive engagement during the event. Thank you for helping us to reinforce this with your child.

Similarly, we want to provide safety for our vendors who are working the event, especially the DJ. Students will be asked to stay a distance away from the DJ booth, and will need to adhere to the designated area for dancing, or will be asked to leave.
